SCONE Junior Rugby League celebrated its 2009 season with its Presentation Day on Sunday, September 13 at the Scone RSL Club.
The 16s, who have now finished their time as Junior Thoroughbreds, received a pennant, their jersey and a training singlet courtesy of Scone Newsagents.
The 14s and 15s received a pennant and a Scone Newsagents training singlet.
The 10s to 13s all received a pennant and a football courtesy of Scone Old Boys.
While the 7s and 9s each received a pennant, trophy and a football courtesy of Scone Old Boys.
Special thanks was given to Wendy and Glenn Pennell, Bob Barker, Graeme and Deb Walker and Libby Ritter for their all their hard work over many seasons.
Loyalty Awards were organised by Scone Old Boys for the first time and will become an annual award.
They will be given to players who have played from the 7s right through to the 16s.
The loyalty award recipients received a back pack and a plaque. Those players were Jesse Kilroy who played as a six-year-old while Nick Ritter and Adam Clydsdale started in the 7s.
The Newcastle Knights Harold Matthews representatives received a medallion and a towel for their efforts.

In other news Scone Old Boys will again be running training mornings over the off season for the boys 14 and over.
The boys will be advised of the first session in October shortly.
Jarrod Wicks 14s travels to Narrabeen in January for a NSWRL run camp as a reward for his efforts this season from Group 21.
Also, Ethan Haggarty 15s has been given a scholarship from Group 21 to train with the Greater Northern Academy in the off season.
Jack Dawson 15s and Nick Walker 16s trialed with the Bulldogs last Saturday and Ethan Haggarty, Nick Ritter and Adam Clydsdale trial with the Knights in the upcoming weeks.
