Knights visit local schools

UPPER Hunter schools were visited by the Newcastle Knights last week.

Knights Rugby League players visited Aberdeen Primary School and St Joseph’s Aberdeen last Thursday and Scone Public School, Scone High School and St Mary’s Primary School on Friday.

The school visits included a presentation and questions about how often players train and what they eat before children were presented with Knights merchandise.

Along with school visits Knights players also held football clinics around the Hunter and New England regions.
