IT beggars belief that the Upper Hunter Shire Council’s Works and Technical Services Committee would opt for traffic lights ahead of a roundabout.
An old adage springs to mind.
To swap the roundabout for lights would really be a pity,
It’s known a camel is a horse, designed by a committee.
I rest my case.
