The camp is to be held in Armidale next month.
NSW Rugby North West participation manager Garry Walsh said Tully gained his scholarship through his consistent improvement over the last couple of years.
“We feel he can only grow with this opportunity,” he said.
Scone Junior Rugby Union president Michelle Edwards is over the moon with another Scone junior rugby player being recognised for development within the wider rugby community.
“The skills Tully will learn at this camp will not only see him grow but improve the teams he plays with, be it Scone Junior Rugby or at a representative level with Central North,” she said.
“This sort of recognition can only improve our players and club and shows what a great job our own coaches do week in week out.”
The New England Community Mutual National Rugby Camp in the largest residential rugby camp in Australia and is fully supported by NSW Rugby (Waratahs) and the Australian Rugby Union, who supply top line coaches for all attending.
It is a skills based camp with games to put those skills into practice.
