Aberdeen senior athlete Jeannie Seymour with the medals she won at the Amateur Athletics NSW Country Championships.
Seymour’s results over the weekend were:
Triple Jump 7.64m 4th; Discus 24.29m 3rd; High Jump 1.10m 3rd; Shot Put 9.30m 2nd; Hammer 25.70m 2nd; Long Jump 3.47m 4th and Javelin 19.49m 3rd.

Now that the school holidays are over the second half of the 2014/15 season begins this Friday at 6pm at Harrison Oval, Jefferson Park.
Athletes, please remember that you must compete in at least half the competition nights before Christmas and the same again in the second half in order to qualify for end of season awards.
