Glen Tarrant will become the treasurer, taking over from the long-serving Wendy Pennell.
Tarrant has lived in Scone for the past four years and began his involvement with the club this season.
Thoroughbreds secretary David Casson said the club’s leadership positions would largely remain the same.
“Daniel [Ritter] will coach first grade again; we’re just waiting to finalise reserve grade but Sofie [Casson] is back for league tag and Darryl Rando is doing under-18s again,” he said.
Casson said there were plenty of positive vibes around the club after their successful year, which saw all four senior sides reach the grand final.
“All of our past sponsors have signed up again at this stage so I think that’s a sign of confidence in the club going forward,” he said.
“We’re still looking into other potential sponsors as well which is exciting.”
The Thoroughbreds will start preseason training in early January.
