With safety of site holders, day visitors and park guests at the forefront, NSW Crown Holiday Parks Trust (NSWCHPT) made the decision to close the park due to catastrophic weather conditions.
The Scone park will not be accepting any drive-up day visitors, including site holders.
Guests who have made a previous booking with the park are asked not to leave home or to go to the nearest town.
Current guests of the park are being asked to leave the park immediately.
NSWCHPT CEO Steve Edmonds said the decision to close the park was one made with safety of guests in mind and thanked everyone for their understanding and cooperation.
