The club hosted trials against Singleton and Mudgee at Brumby Park on Saturday.
The Brumbies were buoyed by a confidence-boosting 65-0 victory over Hawkesbury Valley which kicked off its 50th anniversary campaign late last month.
And, Scone kept that form going early during the shortened trial games.
The home side recorded a 19-5 win against Singleton in the opener before backing that up with a 14-5 triumph over Mudgee.
The Brumbies will face Tamworth Pirates in round one of the first grade competition on April 22.
