Look no further – Scone Public School’s annual Bloom Markets will return on Saturday, June 24, from 9am to 1pm.
The event is a major fundraiser for the school’s P&C, and committee member Laura Stevenson said it was promising to be a great family day out.
“We are hoping to attract families from all over the Hunter area to come along,” she said.
“It’s a good thing for our school to strengthen our ties with our community.
“We are raising money for play equipment in the back playground.
“We will have a large variety of market stalls as well as the P&C stalls.
“We’ve also got a raffle to be drawn on the day – we will be selling tickets on the day and also going up the streets on Thursday.”
Since they were established a few years ago, the markets have grown to include a number of children’s activities including pony rides, face painting, a free jumping castle, and more.
