The school’s under-13 rugby league tag faced Kiama High School in the final of the Country Cup.
And, despite a spirited effort, St Joseph’s succumbed to its rivals 22-10.
Some of the best school-aged rugby league talent in NSW was on display at the prestigious Country Cup and Small Schools Knockout Finals.
“It was a great effort from the boys to make it that far,” a CRL spokesperson said.
So, the lads from Aberdeen should hold their heads high.
