POLICE are currently investigating the theft of an ATM from Scone Sporties Club at about 3am on Wednesday.

The offenders used a crowbar to gain entry through the front doors and dislodge the ATM.
It is believed they used a sedan, not further described, to take the ATM away.
Police were not notified of the incident until after 09.30am on Wednesday.
Hunter Valley LAC Chief Inspector Guy Guiana said police arrived shortly after being called and had forensics examine the scene.
“At this stage the offenders are unknown and we are not aware of any similar incidents nearby,” he said.
“There was no CCTV footage available.
“Clubs and pubs with lightweight free standing ATMs are advised to review their security arrangements and the installation of such units.”
