Fresh from outstanding success at the ABCRA Junior National Finals in Tamworth last week, the 10-year-old returned to action in the Upper Hunter, leading the charge in the under-11 barrel race.
The Scone Public School student left the “country music capital” with two Australian crowns in her grasp – champion junior barrel racer under-11 and champion junior all round cowgirl.

More than 400 entries from NSW, Queensland and Western Australia vied for honours in a variety of disciplines, including saddle bronc, bull ride, bareback, steer wrestling, breakaway roping, barrel race and steer ride.
