An information session will be hosted by Upper Hunter Shire Council and the Scone Chamber of Commerce on Thursday July 12 at 6pm at Council’s Administration Centre, Liverpool Street Scone.
Presentations will be made by the Bypass Project Team and council representatives, followed by a panel discussion including examples from towns that have had bypasses built.
There is no need to RSVP or be a member of the Chamber to attend.
With a total of 172 large concrete girders to be delivered for the project, deliveries are scheduled every second weekday until October.
Deliveries will then increase to every weekday until early 2019.
Work is expected to be completed by late 2020, weather permitting.
