The competition will include four types of cuts and include both former and current champions, as well as other highly placed competitors looking to take the number one rank.
The event, which is celebrating it’s 4th year at the show, will be flanked by entertainment such as live music, a bar and barbecue.
The tournament’s organiser Taylor Nichols said he’s looking forward to it, and expects a good time to be had by all that attend.
“Come along and have a look, it’s going to be some great racing, some of the best in the region, it’ll be a great day out and the weather looks good for us as well,” he said.
It will start at 9 am at the Merriwa Showgrounds on Saturday, September 15.
