“The Upper Hunter Shire Council, Upper Hunter Homeless Service and the Scone Neighbourhood Resource Centre have partnered to organise a fun day of activities and information for families with children during the school holidays,” Ms Watts said.
“The day will begin at 10am with storytelling, craft, face painting, Sparkles the clown, soccer darts, the Links Bus, coloured hairspray, henna, photo booth and an environmentally friendly activity.
“Children can also meet local emergency services.
“All activities are free including fruit throughout the day and a sausage sizzle lunch.”
If there are organisations that would like to join in the fun and offer another option for the children to be a part of on the day please contact Lee Watts 6545 2562 during business hours.
