If the answer is yes, it's your lucky day.
On Saturday, August 24, the Belltrees P&C is hosting its annual Black Tie Ball fundraiser at the Soldiers Memorial Hall, Moonan.
The event will help the local Belltrees Public School become more environmentally friendly.
As well as Newcastle cover band Shooting Molly, there'll be a raffle and auction, lots of beer and delicious, mouth-watering hot food (featuring quinoa and almond crusted chicken breast with creamy pesto spuds or charred sirloin steak with roasted root vegies and a chimichurri sauce, while for dessert a tasting plate including panna cotta, brownie and lemon curd will tempt your tastebuds).
Why wouldn't you want to come?
The funds will go towards additional garden beds from the Scone Men's Shed to expand the school's community garden.
We are hoping for seven more by the end of the year.
These gardens will produce fresh and nutritious fruit and vegies for our Friday lunches.
The money will also allow us to purchase some new equipment to upgrade our aging playground.
This will improve our capacity to undertake specific fitness activities, which will build our fundamental movement skills and core strength.
What better way to have a great night out and support a local small school?
Tickets, which include a two-course meal, are $80 per person.
They can be purchased either individually or in tables of 10.
