Travis Worth's Angus cross Limousin entry won the light middleweight class before taking out the top honours.
He edged out the heavyweight champion shown by last year's grand champion led steer exhibitor Lachlan James, Wallowong Beef, Gunnedah, the Calrooy Anglican School's lightweight champion and the champion heavy middleweight entry from Rightime Farms.
Despite judging taking place in a dust storm the undercover ring at White Park proved invaluable this year as exhibitors were somewhat protected from the unpleasant conditions.
With a record 396 led steers and 800 plus junior competitors the event continues to grow drought or no drought.
