However, the event needs the community's continued support to keep the tradition alive.
One of the committee's vital members, Jessica Norton, recently moved to Sydney meaning she can no longer serve the roles of treasurer and secretary, leaving two positions up for grabs.
The rodeo's president Jade Smith said it's vital these positions are filled if the show is going to go ahead in May.
"We're always welcoming more committee members but they're the two main positions we need to fill," Smith said.
"And, we're going to have to fill them if there is going to be a rodeo in May.
"I can't physically do it all on my own."
Smith said the person for the job doesn't necessarily need to be rodeo-minded.
"Ideally I would like the secretary side of things to be someone that is a little bit rodeo-minded, but they don't have to be a competitor or heavily involved in rodeos," he said.
"And the treasurer role, it doesn't need to be anyone rodeo related really.
"It just needs to be someone that can put everything on a spreadsheet for us, take note of what goes in and what comes out and present that to the committee.
"They don't need to be a cowboy or a cowgirl or be involved in rodeo."
The Scone Charity Rodeo - one of the draw-card events during the annual Scone Horse Festival in May - was called off in 2018 due to the redevelopment of White Park, which forced organisers to pull the pin.
The focus was then put on a bigger and better night for all to enjoy in 2019 - and it was, with the newly built undercover arena proving a hit and thousands flooding through the gates.
Smith said it would be "a big shame for the town if they couldn't rally a few committee members together and make it happen again".
"I would have liked to have thought that now with the new arena we could go ahead in leaps and bounds," he said.
"The basics of the rodeo each year are the same but we will start having meetings once a month leading in to May to focus on the next event.
"The standard old hard-heads that we've had on the committee for years are still there.
"It's just the office-bearer role that I've lost with Jess moving away."
