Screenings will be held at both 5pm and 7:30pm at the Scone Films pop-up cinema on the corner of Oxford Road and Cooper Street in Scone.
"A Boy Called Christmas is an unforgettable feel good movie that is a must watch to get you into the spirit of Christmas," Catherine Bolton of Scone Films said.
"It is the story of Father Christmas, the tale of a young boy named Nikolas (Henry Lawfull) as he goes on his adventures into the snowy north in search of his father.
A Boy Called Christmas is based on the bestselling book of the same name by Matt Haig and stars Dame Maggie Smith, Jim Broadbent and Sally Hawkins.
"What better way to kick off the holiday season, than with a Christmas movie for all the family," Ms Bolton said.
"If you haven't been before, come along and support your local community cinema."
All tickets for the screenings are $12 and can be purchased in advance from the Scone Films website, from Hunt a Book Scone or at the door.
Scone Films is a not-for-profit community film group, organised by volunteers, which holds monthly pop-up cinema screenings.
Scone Films also organises the annual Scone Short Film Festival, usually held a week before the NSW Spring school holidays in September.
