The Greyhounds are on track to complete a remarkable turnaround in fortunes, rising from last to first in first grade, after they defeated Greta Branxton 24-12 in Saturday's major semi-final.
Reigning premiers Scone defeated Aberdeen 44-16 to set up a preliminary final clash next week against the Colts.
On Sunday, Jackson Smith scored a double and kicked six conversions in Scone's big win, which keeps their title defence alive.
Singleton will now host grand finals on Sunday, September 7.
Singleton coach Kerrod Holland, who is stepping down at the end of the season, said he was extremely proud of the playing group and that the club was now in a strong position after a year of hard work by the committee and coaching efforts.
"They pulled the heartstrings to get me back initially. Honestly, they were going better; if they weren't getting mercy ruled and coming last, I would have never gone back," Holland said.
"I didn't like seeing the club like that. So I put my hand up, and it was always only ever going to be for one year.
"I wanted the club to be in a better position than when I found it, and I think I've done that, and the club moving forward is looking really good and very strong for the coming years."
Holland will be handing the reins over to hooker Joel Brown, who scored a double for Singleton in Saturday's win. Blake Andrews and Tyler Ward also scored singles, while Nic Lawrence and Tylar Carter scored tries for Greta Branxton.
Holland said fullback Beau Parnell was outstanding, and the Blake brothers and 18-year-old prop Nate Rothall had fine games.
In the U-18s, Singleton won a 16-12 thriller against Scone to advance straight to the grand final and keep their title defence on track. Jayden Brumby, Eden Hampstead and Ryan Schafer scored Singleton tries, while Yorke McInerney and Ryan Horton scored for Scone.
The Thoroughbreds will face Aberdeen in the preliminary final, after the Tigers defeated the Northern Hawks 26-12. Casey Miltong and Daniel Mead scored doubles for Aberdeen.
In reserve grade, Murrurundi are through to the grand final after beating Singleton 12-6 in the major semi-final. Riley Gimbert scored a double and Cooper Harris a single, while Jake Mackaway scored Singleton's try.
Aberdeen defeated Merriwa 40-16 in the minor semi-final and will meet Singleton in the preliminary final.
In Group 21 women's tackle, minor premiers Merriwa are into the grand final wtih an 18-0 win against Muswellbrook.
Singleton smashed Quirindi 60-0 to advance to the preliminary final. Torryn Upward scored a double, and there were nine individual try scorers.
Minor premiers Singleton will meet University in the Newcastle Hunter Rugby League B-grade Ladies League Tag major semi-final after Uni defeated Thornton Beresfield 10-4 in the qualifying final.
