
A MOTORBIKE rider has been killed in a crash at the Hunter Valley.

Emergency services were called to Neilly Street at Kurri Kurri just before 5.30pm on Friday, October 31, after reports of a single-vehicle crash.
Police were told a motorcycle rider had hit a parked car, causing the rider to come off the bike and hit the road.
Police immediately commenced CPR on the rider, a man believed to be aged in his 20s, before NSW Ambulance paramedics arrived to treat him. The man sadly could not be saved and died at the scene.
Police set up a crime scene on Neilly Street and launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash. A report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
