Filmed in the town of Castronovo, the program will include travel, design and culture shock while working with local trades and artisans to restore the decaying villa.
The block judges both took to their Instagram accounts to share their excitement about their new show.
"Keeping this one under wraps this year has been almost as big a challenge for me and @darrenpalmerofficial as transforming our crumbling Sicilian property (but not quite)," Blaze said.
The news was welcomed by fans who praised the idea and wanted it to start straight away.

"Sounds like a great show, with lots of hard work and probably local rules," jacqui_corbett1 said.
"Wow, sounds and looks so good," said jofen 23.
The Nine Network's release said the show, which is also about friendship and the "richness of Italian life", will have a room reveal every episode.
"Each episode features incredible transformations with room reveals showcasing the bold and beautiful outcomes of the rebuild," it said.
One Euro houses have become popular over the years with many towns in Europe launching programs to try and revive abandoned or low-populated villages.
But each scheme has its own rules, such as buyers committing to renovating their property within three years, putting down a security deposit (usually 5,000 euros or $8,800 AUD), as well as paying thousands in legal fees.
Most projects will cost between 100,000-300,000 euros ($177,000-530,000 AUD) to renovate.
