JOANNE Bogie has added another title to a growing portfolio after claiming her division at a gruelling five-day archery tournament in Mudgee.

More than 240 competitors battled steady rain and strong winds at the International Field Archers Association (IFAA) Nationals, with Bogie eventually emerging victorious in the Bowhunter Limited division.
Archers were set a demanding test with 28 targets, and four arrows in each, expected to be met each day.
Bogie said it was a challenging experience.
"The first day was quite wet and slippery and dangerous," she said.
"Not everyone shot, including myself. Everyone in my division in fact pulled out on day one.
"Conditions and courses were tough all weekend; there was a lot of uphill and downhill shots.
"So it was very pleasing to be able to finish the competition in first place in those circumstances."
She now currently holds four national titles – the ABA and ABA 3D, IFAA, and 3DAAA.
Following her latest win, Bogie was selected in the Australian Champion of Nations Squad.
The squad is selected in the lead-up to the IFAA Worlds at Wagga in September, with two players typically chosen from each division.
"It's a very big privilege to be picked out of all of those people," Bogie said.
"There's only 15 in the whole squad, and archers are selected from all seven divisions."
Bogie will again compete in the Bowhunter Limited division, which sees archers shoot with their fingers.
She was not the only local archer attending the IFAA Nationals, with Alyssa Mollema placing first and achieving a perfect last round, John Mollema first, Jock third and Fenny Thompson second in their respective divisions.
