The season's grand finals - in under-12s, under-14s and under-16s - not only entertained the big crowd on hand, but provided a few heart-stopping moments, too.
The Greyhounds prevailed in the youngest age group, defeating a gallant Scone Thoroughbreds 24-0.
Afterwards, Muswellbrook stole the show, accounting for Singleton 16-10 and 18-0 in the under-14s and under-16s respectively.
It might sound clichéd, but the code was definitely the winner on the night.
In the opening fixture, the Greyhounds began strongly against the Thoroughbreds, with Alex Neyland and Chelsey Chesworth scoring tries to give their side an 8-0 lead at the break.
Singleton then went on with the job in the second half.
Piper Ward and Chloe Jones touched down while Neyland - who was named player of the match - made it a double.
Conversions to Molly Thomas and Elise Kerr put the icing on the cake, 24-0.
The under-14 fixture between the Ramettes and Greyhounds went right down to the wire.
Four-pointers to Joss Stewart and Elizabeth Ferries, plus an Isla Johnston goal, gave Muswellbrook a handy 10-0 advantage.
However, Singleton displayed some amazing attacking skills to draw level, thanks to Amara Francis and Lilly McNamara, who also landed a kick.
With the score locked at 10-all, the encounter moved into extra-time.
Then, as "golden point" loomed, Ferries dived over to seal the victory for the Ramettes with less than a minute on the clock.
Johnston added the extras for a nail-biting 16-10 triumph.
Evie Jones deservedly took out player of the match.
In the under-16s, Muswellbrook surged to a handy margin in the first period.
And, Singleton found it too tough to run down.
Tenahya Dennis, Emily Chapman and Amber Morgan all posted tries, with Tobey Stewart converting one, for a 14-0 lead.
Matilda Jones, the player of the match, then added her name to the tryscoring list in the 18-0 win.
