This is the second year that the Rotary Club of Scone has been involved in the orientation to school.
They have gained funding to provide an activity pack for each student entering Kinder.
The pack contains a range of materials, along with a parent information booklet on how to use the materials within it.
The activities range from play activities, to writing and maths, along with ideas that will help the transition to school be as positive as possible.
Things like ensuring the child can open and close their drink bottle and lunch box, for example.
"The pack provides fun activities for parents and their children to do together," Rotary Club of Scone President Linda Hunt said.
"There is nothing more special than the time we spend with our children and the Rotary Club hopes that the pack not only builds skills, but also enhances the relationship between parents and children who are only little once."
