FANS flocked to the Newcastle 500 over the weekend as Scott McLaughlin clinched his first Supercars crown in a finale to the 2018 championship. Supercars announced a crowd total of 162,248 for the three days of racing, down 30,000, or 15 per cent, on the official figure last year.
